Our approach
Care that treats the root cause behind the symptom.
A chiropractic approach to health is probably different than what you are used to. We are not here to quiet a symptom. We are here to find out why it started, and to help your body heal the way it was designed to.

Most people who come through our door have already tried something else first. What we ask them to consider, before anything else, is a simple idea that changes how the rest of the visit goes.
Symptoms are like a fire alarm going off to warn you there is a problem, and the alarm was never actually the problem to begin with.
What the alarm is trying to tell you
Troublesome symptoms do not materialize out of thin air. They build up over time, like the proverbial straws on a camel's back, small stresses, one after another, until something finally speaks up. By the time you feel it, the cause has usually been building for a while.
Silencing the alarm does not put out the fire. Our objective is to restore healthy communication throughout your body, and to help you maintain it long after symptoms first ease. Dr. Aaron Weitz founded A Natural Path To Health in 2003, and has been caring for North York families from the Bathurst and Lawrence office ever since.
Two ideas guide every visit
Family based care. We build customized care solutions for every member of the family, at every age, from newborns to grandparents, under one roof at Bathurst and Lawrence. A parent, a grandparent and a baby can all be seen here, by a team working from the same notes.
Whole self health. Dr. Weitz holds his Certified Chiropractic Wellness Practitioner (CCWP) designation, pairing adjustments with wellness lifestyle guidance so care extends beyond the table. That is also why our building includes a registered massage therapist, an osteopath, a kinesiologist and a naturopathic doctor, so the whole family's care lives under one roof.

Wherever you are on the path
Our team supports families through every stage of life. Whichever stage describes you, there is a page below with more detail.
Starting out. We see babies, children, and support families through pregnancy.
Everyday health. Patients come to us for posture, neck and upper back pain, lower back, sciatica and stenosis, and PMS, thyroid and hormone concerns.
