Pregnancy
Pain should not be part of the plan.
Mothers to be already have a lot on their mind. Pain during pregnancy is common, and often treated as something to just get through, but it is not something you have to simply accept.

What we often support
Common concerns through pregnancy
- Low back and pelvic discomfort
- Sciatic-type leg pain
- Rib and mid-back tension
- A changing centre of balance
- Restless sleep
- Round ligament discomfort
- Postural strain as your belly grows
- Preparing the body for labour
Pregnancy is a unique stretch of a woman's life, full of potential and also full of distinctive physical stress that can be difficult to plan around. As your body changes shape week by week, your centre of gravity shifts, ligaments soften under the hormone relaxin, and the low back and pelvis absorb strain they were not built to carry alone.
Gentle by design, through every trimester
Care here is delivered instrument-based with Torque Release Technique, so there is no twisting and no forceful pressure at any point, including the third trimester. The Integrator, the handheld instrument used for every adjustment, delivers a light, specific impulse rather than manual force, so positioning on the table can be adjusted around a growing belly rather than the other way around.

The first visit, step by step
Your first visit runs 45 to 60 minutes and includes an Insight Millennium scan, which measures how your nervous system is functioning rather than asking you to guess at a pain number. On the second visit, about 30 minutes, Dr. Weitz walks you through exactly what that scan and the exam found, in plain language, before any plan of care is discussed.
Who this office sees through pregnancy
- You are dealing with low back or pelvic pain that gets worse as the pregnancy goes on.
- Sciatic-type pain down one leg has started showing up in the second or third trimester.
- You want a gentle option, and the idea of forceful pressure on a pregnant spine does not sit right with you.
- You are hoping to prepare your body for labour, not just survive the next few months.
