Seniors
Helping seniors stay steady on their feet.
Balance, flexibility, bone strength and muscle health are easy to take for granted, until they start to slip. Gentle, instrument-based care supports all four without asking a spine to be twisted to get there.

What we support
What we often help seniors through
- Feeling unbalanced
- Constant pain
- Fatigue
- Lack of range of motion
- Difficulty standing for long periods
- Staying independent
We tend to assume that being less capable is just part of getting older. Often, though, it is more specific issues, spinal and neural stress, spinal cord tension, and nutritional depletion, frequently caused by medications, that are actually at the root of how we diminish over time. In our office, we focus on helping you understand your health in ways most other providers do not, so you know why you feel the way you feel, beyond simply what to take for it.
Gentle enough for osteoporosis, precise enough for hardware
The Integrator, the instrument used for every adjustment in this office, delivers a light, specific impulse with no twisting, cracking or popping. It is gentle enough to use on seniors with osteoporosis, and precise enough to use on people who have had spinal fusions, who have rods in place, or who are managing degeneration and arthritis, so care works around your history instead of despite it.

Sunday appointments, when the week is already full.
We are open Sunday from 9:30am to 1:30pm, and closed Saturday. For patients who rely on a family member for a ride, Sunday is often the one day that actually works.
