Chiropractic care
Innovative chiropractic care
There is a good chance a chiropractic approach to health will be different than what you are used to. Take back pain, for example. Most people wait for pain to become unbearable before seeking help. We think about it differently.

Where symptoms come from
Troublesome symptoms rarely show up out of nowhere. They build up over time, like the proverbial straws on a camel's back. Each small stress adds to the last, until the body finally sends a signal.
By the time pain shows up, the cause has usually been building for weeks or months already.
The objective of chiropractic care is to restore healthy communication throughout your body, and to maintain that communication on an ongoing basis, well before something starts to hurt.
How long does care take?
Because symptoms build gradually, resolving the underlying cause takes more than a single visit. Dr. Weitz and our team build a care plan around your specific history, health goals and how your body responds, rather than a one size fits all timeline.
Why would someone come after they are feeling better?
Just as the straws build up slowly before you notice them, the communication between your spine and nervous system can be restored slowly too. Many patients choose to continue periodic care after symptoms resolve, the same way people continue exercising or eating well after reaching a health goal, to maintain the progress they have made and keep it that way.
Care matched to the person in front of us
Dr. Weitz and our team draw on several adjusting approaches, matching care to each patient's body, age and comfort.
Torque Release Technique (TRT). A light force technique delivered with the Integrator adjusting instrument, no twisting, cracking or popping. Read more about TRT.
Hoffman-MC2. One of the techniques Dr. Weitz is trained in, used as part of a personalized care plan.
Diversified. A widely used, hands on chiropractic technique, applied where it is the right fit for the patient.
Koren Specific Technique (KST). Another technique in Dr. Weitz's training, used to assess and address spinal stress with precision.

Care shaped around your body and your history.
TRT, MC2, Diversified, KST. Whichever fits.
