Torque Release Technique (TRT)

Torque Release Technique draws on a contemporary understanding of anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, neurology, psychoneuroimmunology, quantum physics, clinical science and evidence based health care. It is a modern synthesis, bringing together what we know about how the body works with a light touch method of delivering care.

At the center of TRT is what is known as the primary Subluxation, the specific point of spinal stress that TRT is designed to identify and address. Rather than broadly adjusting the spine, TRT locates and works with this primary pattern directly.

The Integrator

TRT is delivered using the Integrator, the instrument described above. There is no twisting, cracking or popping involved. It delivers a precise, controlled force exactly where it is needed.

Because it is this gentle, TRT can be used across every life stage, from babies to seniors, and is appropriate even for patients with more complex spinal histories, including spinal fusions, bulging discs, surgical rods, degeneration and arthritis.
