Chiropractor in North York since 2003
Family chiropractic care, without the twisting or cracking.
Adjustments at A Natural Path To Health are made with a handheld instrument, so nothing is rotated and nothing is forced. Gentle enough for a newborn, precise enough to work around a spinal fusion.

How we adjust
The Integrator, not a twist of the neck
The main technique here is Torque Release Technique, delivered with a handheld instrument called the Integrator. It puts a light, specific, repeatable impulse into one segment at a time. Your head stays where it is and your hands stay in your lap.
Because the force is measured rather than manual, the same instrument suits an eight day old infant, a woman in her eighties with osteoporosis, and someone carrying rods or a fusion.
The Integrator carries FDA clearance, meaning it met the requirements to be sold as a medical device. That is a safety bar rather than proof it outperforms trained hands.

Good to know before you book
- No twisting, cracking or popping at any point
- Safe around osteoporosis, fusions, rods and arthritis
- Used on newborns through to patients in their nineties
- You can watch it work on your hand first
New patients
What your first two visits look like
No care plan is discussed until the second visit, once there is something real to base it on.

-
First visit, 45 to 60 minutes
Health history and insurance details, then the examination. Reflexes, flexibility, an Insight Millennium scan, and any other standard tests your case calls for. The first job is working out whether chiropractic is the right answer for you at all.
-
Second visit, about 30 minutes
Dr. Weitz goes through what the exam and the scan found, in plain language, and answers questions. If this is not the right office for what is going on, you will be told so and pointed somewhere better.
Your care team
Six practitioners, one building
Chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, kinesiology and naturopathic medicine, sharing one set of notes so you are not repeating your history at every appointment.

Questions
Before you book
Does the adjustment hurt?
Most patients describe a sense of well being, or calmness. The adjustment itself is a light tap, and people are often surprised that it is over already.
Can I be adjusted if I have osteoporosis?
Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons people are referred here. The care plan is built around the bone density you actually have.
What about after back surgery?
You can. We work around the surgically modified segments and leave the hardware alone. Bring your imaging if you have it.
How many visits will I need?
It varies with each patient and their goals, and anyone who quotes you a number before examining you is guessing. You get a straight answer at your second visit.
